Currently, Finay only offers the option to deactivate your account through the settings menu. Since users own digital content on the platform, we want to ensure there are no accidental deletions that could result in the loss of purchases and assets.
If you wish to permanently delete your account, please email us at info@finay.com. Our team will reach out to discuss the process, including transferring your digital assets to another wallet, so you retain ownership of your content even after your account is closed.
