On Finay, royalties from resales are handled seamlessly, ensuring you receive earnings automatically. Here’s how the royalty process works:

Receiving Royalty Notifications

• Instant Notifications: Whenever a royalty payment is made from a resale of your media, you’ll receive an instant notification.

Accessing Royalties in Your Wallet

1. For Registered Finay Users

   • If you’re already a registered user, the royalty amount will be automatically deposited as Riffs in your Finay wallet. You can check your balance in the Wallet section accessible from the dropdown menu.

2. For Unregistered Users

   • If you’re not registered on Finay but are listed as a Sub-Artist or collaborator, you’ll receive an email notification about the royalty payment.

   • To Claim Your Royalty: Register on Finay using the email associated with your royalty notification. Once registered, your royalty will be deposited directly into your wallet.

3. Unclaimed Royalties

   • If you choose not to register on Finay, the royalty will remain unclaimed and will eventually be returned to the creator’s wallet after a specified period.
